Born in Florida and raised in Ohio, Parker attended Bowling Green State University on a golf scholarship, graduating with a degree in Sports Management with a minor in Business. He’s worked in many facets of the golf industry from merchandising to running junior golf camps. He’s traveled the world playing golf and enjoys teaching others. In Parker’s free time, he loves to play tennis, cycling, guitar, fishing…anything outdoors! 

Wayne Larsen

Citrus Hills Head Golf Professional & Teaching Professional

Wayne was born and raised on Long Island, New York and  graduated from the University of New Hampshire. Wayne enjoys every aspect of the game of golf, from teaching individuals, juniors and groups to coordinating daily events and major tournaments.  When he is not helping others with their golf games or playing, Wayne loves spending the time with his beautiful wife Cindy and precious daughter Evelyn.

Individual Private Lesson Rate = $75/hr.

Group Coaching Program:
– One (1) on-course group coaching session with wrap-up and assessment (approx. 2 hours)
– Three (3) one hour supervised group practice sessions
Total Instruction Hours: 5

2 Players = $300 per person ($60/hr.)
3 Players = $275 per person ($55/hr.)
4 Players = $250 per person ($50/hr.)

Mary Slinkard

PGA/LPGA Teaching Professional, Certified Golf Coach

Mary was raised in Shreveport, Louisiana and is a graduate of LSU. She has over 29 years of experience teaching the game of golf and is a Member of the PGA, LPGA and a Certified Golf Coach. Very few women have completed the education requirements and gained enough experience to become a member of these organizations. Basic services offered by Mary include private and group lessons, on-course evaluations, and video swing analysis. Mary has been recognized as one of the Top 50 female instructors by Golf for Women Magazine. Mary’s other interests include music and guitar.

Kathy Saltsman

Pro Shop Assistant

Kathy Saltsman was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA, and moved to Crystal River in 1986, with her husband of 28 years, Philip. She has been with Citrus Hills since 2007. She is an avid golfer, who enjoys spending her time off with her husband, a senior nuclear engineer at the Crystal River nuclear plant, and her sons Philip and Tommy.

Robbie Lamparelli

Pro Shop Assistant

Robbie Lamparelli is a familiar face to the Citrus Hills Pro Shop. Robbie worked in the shop for 20 years before moving to be with her family in Buffalo, N.Y. The weather was too cold up north, so lucky for us she decided to move back! Robbie is an avid tennis player, when she’s not working or playing tennis she spends time with her husband and two children.

Stephanie Rodney


Born and raised in Florida, Stephanie attended Daytona State College on a golf scholarship. She received her Bachelors in Business Management from University of South Florida. Stephanie enjoys all aspects of the golf industry, from tournaments to junior golf, but her passion is merchandising and buying for all the pro shops at Citrus Hills. Stephanie is very happy to be purchasing the newest trends and fashions for all at Citrus Hills!

Tony Reeves

Brentwood Golf Course Pro Shop Supervisor

Arrived in Florida in 1992 and played professional golf until 1994 when he became the Director of Golf at Rivard Golf and Country Club in Brooksville. In 2001, Tony moved to North Carolina and subsequently Myrtle Beach where he joined the staff at Meadowlands/Farmstead Golf and Country Club. Tony moved back down to Florida in 2015 where he started his journey at Brentwood. He’s been with the company going on six years now and really enjoys working with his peers and helping golfers as they come through Brentwood. In his free time, Tony enjoys spending time with his two daughters Schannen and Ashlei, as well as his grandkids Sebastian, Dylan, Andrew, and Kendell.  If he’s not spending time with his family, or playing golf, Tony enjoys fishing the beautiful nature coast.
