Thank you to everyone who attended our recent Open Forum. We appreciate your questions, suggestions, and feedback. For those who were unable to attend, we’ve summarized many of the questions discussed below. We hope you find this information helpful.

Q. Will the trees at Rockwood Park that were removed between Lake Marie and the SportsPlex be replaced?

A. Beautiful new landscaping will be installed throughout the SportsPlex.

Q. What will the blacktop pad be used for at Rockwood SportsPlex?

A. It will be a basketball half-court.

Q. Will there be a golf cart path down Ottawa from Terra Vista to Davis Reserve?

A. There is no golf cart path down Ottawa. Residents may use the multipurpose lane in front of Terra Vista along SR 486 to the intersection of SR 486 and Ottawa, where they will connect to the FDOT-approved pathways.

Q. When is the opening date for Davis Resort & Rockwood SportsPlex?

A. Both projects are currently under construction. As we get closer to opening, announcements will be shared via email and on our website.

Q. We heard the Activity Center will be getting new chaise lounge cushions. Is that true?

A. Yes. New chaise lounge cushions are expected to arrive in approximately 4–6 weeks.

Q. We heard some sections of the cart paths on the Oaks and Meadows Golf Courses will be replaced. Can you confirm?

A. Yes. We are currently replacing existing cart paths and adding additional cart paths on both the Oaks and Meadows Golf Courses.

Q. If I live in Brentwood, if I own my own golf cart and drive it to the Davis Reserve Clubhouse?

A. Yes.

Q. Will cabanas at the Davis Reserve Resort Pool be available to reserve?

A. Yes. A reservation system will be in place; however, the cabanas will not be rented.

Q. Will drink and food service be available at the Davis Reserve Resort Pool?

A. Yes. Food and beverage service will be offered at the bar and grille and available poolside.

Q. Why doesn’t my Terra Vista RF tag work at the Davis Reserve entry gates?

A. The communities use different gate systems. Davis Reserve uses a license plate reader system, while Terra Vista uses an RF tag system.

Q. Will Skyview Restaurant be expanding its hours?

A. Yes. Skyview is now open seven days a week for lunch and dinner. Please visit the Club website for current hours and additional details.

Q. Would it be possible to have someone look at the Activity Center hot tub jets? They were shooting water up and out.

A. Yes. The issue has been corrected, and the hot tub jets are now operating properly.

Q. A few of the BellaVita men’s lockers appear to have water damage from wet bathing suits. Can this be addressed?

A. Yes. Those lockers and locker bases have been replaced, and the damage has been corrected.

Q. The hedge along the Rockwood walking trail coming from Hunt Club is encroaching onto the path. Can it be trimmed?

A. Absolutely. As of July 1, the hedge has been trimmed back.

Q. The guest and resident sign at the Davis Reserve entrance is too small. Can it be made larger?

A. We are reviewing all entry gate signage to ensure it is visible and easy to read.

Q. Why aren’t the lake fountains running?

A. Due to SWFWMD (Swiftmud) watering restrictions, the fountains are permitted to operate only four hours per day.

Q. Why has the Ottawa exit gate been down, and why was the gate arm missing?

A. We were waiting for replacement parts. The repairs have now been completed.
